Sir Sayed Ahmad Khan In Ghazipur ( 1862 - 64 )

Sir Sayed Ahmad khan came in ghazipur in 182-64 as a sub judge in the the Diwani adalat. At that time B.Sapte was district Judge.

Sir Sayed had done here two marvelous works. One ,was established a modern school " Madarsa Victoria " now known Govt.Girls Intermediate College in 1863 . Second , laid foundation stone of scientific society of India in 1864 at Lal Kothi , Miyapura ( now known as N.N.C. Office ) .
